In this role, Angelo was deeply involved in low-rise, wood-frame construction projects, driving builds from the ground up with precision and commitment to quality.
Key Achievements & Responsibilities:
- Cachet Mount Hope: Supervised 20 framing crews and was instrumental in training a new hire Framing Inspector on Aspen Construction's best practices and providing oversight for building code specific clarification. This project encompassed 4 out of 6 phases, comprising 600 units of mixed towns and singles.
- Cachet Westwood: Managed pre-construction activities with Cachet Management and oversaw site preparation. This significant development included 4 phases with approximately 1200 units of mixed towns and singles.
- Branthaven Homestead: Spearheaded pre-construction efforts, led the hiring and training of a Junior Super, and coordinated effectively with both the Brenthaven Super and Aspen Junior Super to confirm proper material delivery while simultaneously managing Cachet Mount Hope. This project comprised 1 phase with approximately 126 units of singles.
- Maintained consistent communication from the Cachet Mount Hope office with all builder supers regarding wood-frame material deliveries and machine operator coordination across all three sites, conducting weekly visits.
